A well-known sheet metal enterprise, in order to overcome the bottlenecks of traditional production, required the development of a fully automated production line covering the entire process of blanking – punching – transfer – bending. The goal was to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance processing stability.

The production line mainly consists of four major units + central control software:

• Blanking Unit: Centered on a 6000W fiber laser cutting machine (FUTURA3015), equipped with a vertical material warehouse and automatic loading/unloading devices;
• Punching Unit: Centered on a DINAMICA 3.1550 CNC servo turret punch press, equipped with a vertical material warehouse and automatic loading/unloading devices;
• Sheet Transfer Unit: Featuring an automated truss-based material handling system, equipped with upper and lower electric carts for transfer and buffering;
• Automatic Bending Unit: Composed of double hydraulic-electric hybrid pump-controlled bending machines and a FANUC robot, completing the final forming operations;
• Central Control Software: Decomposes and distributes production tasks, coordinates the progress of different units, and ensures stable and efficient production operations across the line.
