Recently, a kitchenware manufacturer in Shanxi, China once again chose Deratech to build a more complete and efficient intelligent production line. In this cooperation, Deratech provided a fully customized set of advanced processing equipment covering multiple stages of production - including stamping, bending, and grooving - to create a highly efficient production line that integrates both intelligence and automation.

• CNC Servo Turret Punching Machine (1.5 m × 5 m, Independent CNC System)
  The CNC servo turret punch press is a key piece of equipment in the stamping process, designed for precise and efficient punching operations. The customer selected a large-format 1.5 m × 5 m model equipped with an independent CNC system. This machine offers a high degree of automation and intelligence, enabling flexible operations on workpieces of different materials and shapes.
• Panel Bender (2 m and 1.4 m models, suitable for small-part bending)
  The bending center is a key piece of equipment in precision processing, particularly suitable for bending and forming small workpieces. In this project, two models (2 m and 1.4 m) were provided. With their outstanding machining accuracy and reliability, these bending centers are highly favored by the customer. They ensure extremely high precision in small-part bending operations while simplifying the workflow, significantly improving production efficiency for small components and guaranteeing product consistency and quality.
• CNC Vertical V-Grooving Machine (2 m × 4 m)
  The CNC vertical V-grooving machine is designed for precision grooving of metal workpieces. The customer selected a large-format 2 m × 4 m model, which provides a wider processing area and higher efficiency during grooving operations. This equipment creates precise V-grooves as a foundation for subsequent bending processes, ensuring that each bend achieves the desired accuracy while also enhancing the appearance of the finished workpiece. It is an indispensable “cornerstone” of the production line.
• Robotic Bending Unit (170 t, 4 m CNC Heavy-Duty Hybrid Press Brake with Mobile Robot)
  The robotic bending cell is the intelligent core of the production line. The configured 170-ton, 4-meter CNC heavy-duty hybrid press brake provides stable bending force and flexible precision, making it particularly suitable for processing large workpieces. Notably, the cell is equipped with a mobile robot, which - through seamless integration with the intelligent control system - enables automatic loading/unloading, precise positioning, and efficient bending. This significantly reduces workpiece transfer time and minimizes the need for manual intervention.
• CNC Hybrid Press Brake (110 t, 4 m, equipped with Swiss Cybelec System)
  The customer also selected a 110-ton, 4-meter CNC hybrid press brake. This equipment is well known for its efficient and stable hybrid drive system and is specially equipped with the Swiss Cybelec CNC control, further optimizing bending accuracy and production stability. The hybrid oil-electric drive offers advantages such as fast response speed and low energy consumption, allowing the machine to maintain excellent performance even under high-frequency operations. The integration of the Cybelec system not only ensures consistent bending results but also significantly reduces setup time caused by varying workpiece specifications, providing strong support for production line flexibility and stability.

This equipment upgrade marks a major step forward in the customer's move towards intelligent and automated manufacturing.
