DERATECH has successfully completed the acceptance and deployment of two sets of robotic bending cells for our Thailand customer at their factory in Rayong Province, Thailand.

The automated robotic bending cell is equipped with an automatic and fast gripper changing device. It also features a 7-meter walking axis that significantly expands its range of motion, enabling it to handle large-sized sheet metals effectively. Additionally, a quick-change device is incorporated, allowing for efficient switching between different gripper tooling to accommodate various sheet metal sizes.

This robotic bending cell is specifically designed for processing small-sized sheet materials. It comprises a 70/2500 CNC double servo hybrid press brake, a robot arm equipped with a seventh horizontal axis, and a magnetic spreading device. This facilitates the processing of small-sized sheets with convenience and speed, showcasing its flexibility and high efficiency.
