The customized metalworking automation solution for Jiangsu Huapeng Transformer Co., Ltd., has successfully passed acceptance and are now fully operational. The system is primarily used in the production and manufacturing of single-phase transformer oil tank casings.

The metalworking automation solution consists of a dual-tower material storage system, two SuperH3015 high-performance fiber laser cutting machines, a gantry automatic loading and unloading device, a double-layer discharge trolley, safety devices, and a control system.

With the comprehensive utilization of automatic loading and unloading system and robotic bending cells, the overall production efficiency of Huapeng's single-phase transformer project has been significantly enhanced.
